Refund policy

Digital Products
All digital product sales are final and non-refundable. This applies to file packages, test files, plan sets, etc. By placing an order you are agreeing to these policies.

Physical Products
All sales are final and no refunds are given. By placing an order you are agreeing to these policies.  Due to the nature of personalization and customization to products, there are no refunds, but we will work with you to make things right as much as possible, so please don't hesitate to reach out.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.

Other Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

In the rare case we allow a refund, it will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Please email us with questions at sales@calabriacraftworks.com.
